Our Process For Maintenance Refinish

Initial cleaning and Debris removal- We use a dust mop to remove any top layer of dirt and dust from the floor
Deep Scrub clean – Using a deep cleaning solution to thurolghy clean the floor to remove dirt film shoe marks sweat grease and any the foreign material that may be on the floor.
Residue clean up- We go over the entire floor again with a mild detergant to remove any residul left over deep cleaning solution. The floor is then tacked dry using a soft terry cloth towel.
Abration- The floor is abbraided using ap SPP pad to achieve a light etching on the surface of the finish.
Dust Removal- the floor is once again cleaned to remove the dust left behind from the abraition process.
Perimeter Check- We go around the edges to make sure they are clean.
Finish Application.-Finely we can apply two coats of high performance polyurethane finish.
