Wood Floor Installers

J&M hardwood Floors is currently seeking qualified wood floor installers and finishers, for part time, seasonal and full time work.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year carpentry and or related wood floor skills. We provide training for all of our employees regardless of experience level. Must be legal US citizen and have a valid Colorado drivers license and reliable transportation. We are Lakewood based, our work is mostly in the Denver, area with occasional travel through out Colorado. Pay is depending on experience from $18 – $35 and hour.

Sanding & Refinishing

Wood floor sanding and refinishing is the process of removing the top layers of finish, stripping away all layers, and leaving a flat raw wood floor. Sanding returns it to its original condition and prolongs its lifespan. J&M Hardwood Floors will bring back the beauty of your hardwood floors.

flooring Installation

We install all wood floor types; solid and engineered hardwood, nail down, glue down and floating floors, We also do custom wood floor design and installation, stairs, borders, and inlays. Whether you’re building a new floor or adding to an existing floor we have you covered. We also do expert installation of vinyl plank and LVT flooring.

We install, sand, and refinish our floors in accordance with the guidelines of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and Maple Flooring Manufactures Association (MFMA).
